“MAHARASHTRA BANDKAAM KAAMGAAR AROGYA TAPASANI” :
HEALTH SCREENING PROGRAM FOR THE REGISTERED CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

OBJECTIVE

“Maharashtra Bandkaam Kaamgaar Arogya Tapasani” the Health Screening program was initiated by Maharashtra Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (MBOCWWB) in order to enhance the health care services for all the construction workers registered under the Board across the State of Maharashtra.

  • Increased Accessibility to Health Care Services
  • Track & Maintenance Health Records of the Benefciaries

Through this program the basic health index of the registered construction workers are screened and necessary health advisory shall be given for further action. During this health screening program the following check-up are conducted:

  • Physical Examination
  • Lung Function Test
  • Audio Screening Test
  • Vision Screening Test
  • Blood & Urine Test
    • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
    • Blood Sugar (Random)
    • Liver Function Test
    • Renal Function Test
    • Lipid Profile
    • Malaria Parasite
    • ESR
    • T3,T4,TSH
    • Iron
    • GGTP
    • Magnesium
    • Urine Routine Test

The camps are conducted with proper protocols and well laid systems.

This benefit shall be extended to all the registered construction workers and the plan is to do this yearly to each beneficiary so that the health record can be tracked and maintained.
